Cleo first started doing yoga for the physical benefits and as a way to switch up her normal workout routine. She soon began to fall in love with the mental aspects as well. Not long after seeing the improvements yoga had made in her life, she was ready to share all these ideas with others. When she is not teaching or taking a yoga class she loves to cross train. You can catch her at the gym or Shred 415 and is always eager to try different workouts. Her classes are physically challanging balanced with breath work to help calm and ease the mind into a clear and focused place. She would love for her students to be able to take the mindfulness they embody on their mats and into their relationships, work life, and other areas of every day living.
