Nicole Schneider

Nicole considers herself a lifelong student, both on and off her mat. She strives for continuous growth and has discovered transformation through her yoga journey – physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. She believes in the power of uniting breath, mind, heart and movement through yoga. An athlete all her life – playing volleyball, soccer and marathon running – Nicole was devastated after a volleyball injury that led to two ACL knee surgeries and difficult rehabilitation. Yoga has brought her tremendous healing and strength.
Having practiced yoga for over 10 years as a complement to her workout regimen, she took her passion to new heights in early 2016 by completing a rigorous 250+ hour Power Yoga Teacher Certification through CorePower Yoga. She teaches private clients, corporate clients, children’s yoga with Mission Propelle, hot yoga, vinyasa, power, yoga sculpt, restorative and yin formats at a number of yoga studios and gyms throughout Chicagoland.
With a corporate finance and project management background and a Kellogg MBA, Nicole recognizes the demands and stress that many face in corporate roles. Her compassion, positivity and love of music shine through in her classes and she hopes to help others discover their own transformation through yoga. Nicole invites everyone to join her in “being the change that we want to see in the world” and living their yoga.
